1. INTRODUCTION AND DEFINITIONS

Any scheduling of an appointment and/or Completion of Profile Questionnaires and provision of supporting documentation must contain your accurate Personal Data such as name, surname, date of birth, nationality, email address, address, telephone number and contact person, where applicable. Any User is at all times responsible to proceed with any amendment and/or update and/or completion of such data which should be promptly notified to the Company through updating of the profile questionnaire which should be sent via email to banking@ymbbportal.com.
Personal Data collected in this manner are collected, processed, distributed and shared with our third party processors as indicated in our Privacy Policy and/or any financial institutions which you have explicitly authorized us to contact for the provision of our Services. We undertake any reasonable measures to ensure that the Personal Data provided by Users are accurate, however, we assume no responsibility in any manner for the validity of the Personal Data provided by any User at any time.

The Company owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Services, and in all content, trademarks, trade names, service marks and other intellectual property rights related thereto.
